Kathleen Irish is an immigration attorney based in Kansas City, Missouri. After obtaining her law degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, she has practiced exclusively in the area of immigration law. Her practice is focused on family-based immigration, helping to build new families and keep existing families together. Having assisted clients all over the globe in securing U.S. visas and immigration status, Kathleen brings a wealth of experience that is uniquely tailored to the American cross border community.

She works with U.S. Citizen and permanent resident clients to bring their spouses, fiancees, parents, siblings, and children to live with them in the United States. She also helps foreign-born family members already present in the U.S. to stay legally. Kathleen consults with families undertaking international adoptions, as well as domestic adoptions involving foreign-born children and private domestic adoptions abroad. She is well versed in all matters related to international adoptions and can serve as your advocate through the complicated process.

Kathleen is a frequent speaker at Continuing Legal Education and training events for both immigration and non-immigration attorneys, as well as social workers and related professionals working with the immigrant community. She speaks regularly at events sponsored by the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
